It has been a busy week, with mostly great news.
The Seniors were worst, losing both matches.
Wednesday saw the Benachie League against leaders Newmachar. We were playing catch up the whole match, but somehow managed to win on the last end by two shots. Great comeback win.
Friday saw the Gents Fours win well at home and narrowly lose away for 3 points.
Saturday saw our first silverware get awarded, with Jim Malcolm and George Riley winning against Allan Robertson and Ernie Nelson in the final.
And finally Sunday saw a damp start against Aberdeen in the top ten. Ian Mackay had a great win to get the ball rolling. The pairs were also 10 up. The fours kept it tight to keep it to 11 shots down, and a great comeback in the triples winning 4 fours and the last four ends to lose by 2. Victory by 9 shots overall.
